Welcome to NEEl TEC.LK. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase and sale of products from our platform. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transactions.

Use of the Website

a. You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or make purchases.

b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.

c. You agree to provide accurate and current information during the registration and checkout process.

d. You may not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

a. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing information. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information.

b. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any promotions or discounts are valid for a limited time and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Orders and Payments

a. By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

b. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

c. You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information and authorize us to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, to your chosen payment method.

d. We use trusted third-party payment processors to handle your payment information securely. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

e. Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Shipping and Delivery

a. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely shipping and delivery of your orders.

b. Shipping and delivery times provided are estimates and may vary based on your location and other factors.

• You will not receive the delivery fee charged in the event of a refund due to any product issue.

•  It may take 2-3 days for you to place an order.

•  Delivery fee is Rs. 500.00 (per 1 kg weight)

•  Delivery Cost should be borne by the customer at all times.

•  It is mandatory that you deposit the money in the bank and  WhatsApp us the payment receipt with the order number.

•  Orders That Are Unpaid For 5 Days Will Automatically Get Cancelled.

Returns and Refunds

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

•  Refund will not be possible in case of (but not limited to) missing box, missing instruction manual, missing parts/accessories, missing calibration certificate, damages, scratches, scuff marks on the product or broken security/warranty sticker.

•  All Refunds Are Processed Within 5 to 7 Working Days.

a. All content and materials on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, are protected by intellectual property rights and are the property of NEEL TEC.LK or its licensors.

b. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

a. In no event shall NEEL TEC.LK, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or the purchase and use of our products.

b. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or suitability of the products offered on our website.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

• FOR BATTERIES TO KEEP IN MIND

  NEW LITHIUM-ION BATTERIES MUST BE FULLY CHARGED AND FULLY DISCHARGED 2 TO 3 TIMES BEFORE BEING FULLY CONDITIONED. REMEMBER THAT THE PERFORMANCE AND LONGEVITY OF A NEW LI-ION BATTERY IS ONLY ACHIEVED AFTER 2-3 FULL CHARGE AND DISCHARGE CYCLES. AFTER RUNNING 2 TO 3 CYCLES, YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO CONDITION THE BATTERY AGAIN!

• * Check the functionality of the part before assembling Try to repair in a dry, dust-free environment without direct sunlight Part assembly should be done by a qualified person We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during installation

• * Self-repair, warranty sticker removal, cracking, bending, scratches, burns, fluid damage, cracks, etc. will void your warranty period.

• * In any case the delivery fee should be borne by the customer.  If a refund occurs due to any issue with the product, you will not receive the delivery fee charged.

. WARRANTY PROCESS

* Sufficient proof or purchase must be provided.

* A description of the defect must be provided in order to issue a warranty claim.

* If the defective item is damaged, visible proof (if any) must be provided along with the item’s serial number (if any).

* You may need to return the item for quality inspection.

• 3. ස්වයං අළුත්වැඩියා කිරීම, වගකීම් ස්ටිකර් ඉවත් කිරීම, ඉරිතැලීම්, නැවීම, සීරීම්, පිළිස්සීම්, තරල හානි, ඉරිතැලීම් යනාදියෙන් ඔබේ වගකීම් කාලය අවලංගු වේ.

• 4. බැටරි සදහා සති 2ක වගකීම් කාලයක් හිමිවේ.බැටරිය පලුදුවීම් , ඉදිමීම සහ ඇලවිම රිබන් පලුදුවීම් වැනි කරුනු සදහා වගකිම අවලංගුවේ.

• 5. නිෂ්පාදනයේ කිසියම් ගැටළුවක් හේතුවෙන් මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීමක් සිදු වුවහොත් ඔබගෙන් අය කල බෙදාහැරීමේ ගාස්තුව ඔබට හිමි නොවේ.

• 6. ඔබට ඇනවුම් ලබා ගැනිමේදී දින 2 - 3 අතර කාලයක් ගතවිය හැක.

• 7. බෙදාහැරිමේ ගාස්තුව රු 500 .00 ( බර 1 KG සදහා )

• 8. සෑම අවස්ථාවකදීම අමතර ගෙවිම් ( Delivery Cost ) පාරිභෝගිකයා විසින් දැරිය යුතුය.

• *එකලස් කිරීමට පෙර කොටසෙහි ක්රියාකාරිත්වය පරීක්ෂා කරන්න සෘජු හිරු එළිය නොමැතිව වියළි, ​​දූවිලි රහිත පරිසරයක අලුත්වැඩියා කිරීමට උත්සාහ කරන්න කොටස එකලස් කිරීම සුදුසුකම් ලත් පුද්ගලයෙකු විසින් සිදු කළ යුතුය ස්ථාපනය කිරීමේදී සිදුවන හානි සඳහා අප වගකිව යුතු නොවේ

• *කුරියර් සේවාව සෙනසුරාදා, ඉරිදා සහ රජයේ නිවාඩු දිනවල ක්‍රියා නොකරයි*

* නැවත මුදල් ලබාදීම

• යම් භාණ්ඩයක් නැවත අප වෙත එවීමේදි එය මුල් තත්වයෙන් එවිය යුතු අතර සීරියල් අංක/ඇසුරැම ආදිය නිසි පරිදි තිබිය යුතු අතර එම භාන්ඩය අප වෙත ලැබී එය නිසි පරිදි  ඇත්නම්  මුදල් ලබා දීම දින 03 ක් ඇතුලත අනුමත වෙනු ඇත.
• නැවත මුදල් ලබා දීම සිදුවනුයේ ඔබ විසින් ගෙවීම සිදු කරන ලද ගෙවීම් මාර්ගයෙන්ම පමණි.
• කාඩ් පත් මගින් සිදුකල ගෙවීම් වැඩ කරන දින 7 තුල නැවත කාඩ්පතටම බැරවනු ලැබේ.

* ඇනවුම් කරන බැටරි සදහා වගකිම් ලබාදෙන ආකාරය.

1. ඔබ ඇනවුම් කරන බැටරිය සදහා සති 2ක වගකිම් කාලයක් ඔබට හිමිවේ.

2. බැටරිය නැවත මාරු කිරිමට එවිමේදී ඩිලිවරි ගාස්තු පාරිභෝගිකයා විසින් දැරිය යුතුය.

3. බැටරිය මැලියම් යොදා ඇලවිම,ඉදිමිම,පලුදුවීම,රිබන් හානි සදහා වගකිම් ලබා අදාල නෙවේ.

* ඇනවුම් කරන ඩිස්පේලේ (Display ) සදහා වගකිම් ලබාදෙන ආකාරය.

1. ඔබ ඇනවුම් කරන ඩිස්පේලේ සදහා වගකිමක් ඔබට හිමිවේ.

2. නැවත මාරු කිරිමට එවිමේදී ඩිලිවරි ගාස්තු පාරිභෝගිකයා විසින් දැරිය යුතුය.

3. ඩිස්පේලේ මැලියම් යොදා ඇලවිම,පලුදුවීම,රිබන් හානි සදහා වගකිම් ලබා අදාල නෙවේ.

4. ඩිස්පේලේ සදහා වගකිම හිමිවන්නේ සංවේදක තිරය (Touch Pad) ක්‍රියාත්මක නොවේ නම් පමණී.

5. ඉරියාම,වර්ණ වෙනස් වීම වලට වගකීමක් හිමි නොවේ.

6. පාර්සල් ගාස්තු වශයෙන් රු 300.00 අයවේ. (Packaging Box)
